Governance framework to the fore
At their meeting of 2nd November 2021, the Workforce Succession Planning and Governance sub-group made progress against their action plan. A task and finish group will meet to oversee the creation of a development framework for governance. In the area of wellbeing, a signposting document should be finalised in the next sub-group meeting in January 2022, with more work following on, including understanding how neighbouring boroughs share their wellbeing work.
Other areas of work include updating the current career stage expectations and CPD framework and working with REED Employment to support Bexley’s looked after children.
