Health and Wellbeing Survey in Bexley schools 19th January to 13th February 2026
Health and Wellbeing Survey in Bexley schools 19th January to 13th February 2026
Public Health and the ICB are pleased to confirm that the School’s Health and Wellbeing survey, SHEU (School Health Education Unit), will be rolled out again across all Bexley mainstream schools this academic year (2025/2026). After the success of the survey in 2023/24, we very much hope that your school will be able to take part again or for the first time. The previous findings and data collected identified areas of needs, some of which were addressed directly by schools; Public Health were also able to commission a number of sessions to support schools in priority areas.
The great wealth of data can be use in a variety of ways, PSHE curriculum, policies and practises related to CYP’s health, safety and wellbeing.
The survey provides a platform for students to voice their opinions and contribute to shaping a healthier school environment.
It will allow schools to compare their results with local averages and trends, providing valuable insights.
The survey will be confidential. Only your school will have access to the data relating to your setting.
Any other agencies will only get the overall results and will not be able to identify schools.
The survey is targeted at Y5 in primary and Y10 in secondary schools. All relevant information for both primary and secondary schools are in the letters attached. We do hope your school will be able to take part. Schools who took part in the last survey found the exercise very insightful.
