“Shifting Culture and Creating Belonging” conference – Thursday 18th April 2024
*** Sadly this conference has been cancelled as we did not receive enough sign-ups to cover the costs ***
Leaders across the education sector have shared their concerns regarding teacher retention and the attendance of pupils and how this impacts upon their schools. In response to this, the Workforce Development, Succession Planning and Governance sub-group of the Strategic Education Partnership have created a conference which will focus on how creating a culture of “belonging” can help to support schools retain teachers and improve the attendance of pupils. This conference will be open to all educational leaders, including Headteachers and Multi Academy Trust leaders and we would also encourage Chairs of Governors to attend to help develop this culture beyond the leadership team of a school.
