Bexley welcomes new head teachers
Head teachers new to Bexley enjoyed an induction event at the Civic Offices on 7th February 2020. There they were introduced to Simon James, Deputy Director, Education. They then met LA officers from the Early Intervention Team and Specialist Teacher Service; SEND, Inclusion and Targeted Youth Support Services; School Admissions; Children’s Social Care, MASH and Out of Hours Service and members of the School Improvement Team.
Feedback from the delegates was positive and the LA will now offer this event regularly to support new head teachers.
