COVID-19 School Admissions Appeals
Following the passing of the Coronavirus legislation, we are currently awaiting guidance from the DfE both in terms of any extension to deadlines for hearings to take place, and also advice as to how to conduct the appeals, given the rules on social distancing. There is a possibility that the hearings will be conducted using some kind of video conferencing medium but we can’t make any firm plans just yet.
