WDSP&G sub-group calls for your views
The Workforce Development, Succession Planning and Governance sub-group agreed four focus areas at their sub-group meeting of 12th May 2021: a review of the current career stage expectations supported by a CPD framework and traded service offer; agency workers in schools and achieving CSR; creation of a development framework for governance and support for the wellbeing of staff and pupils.
Work on the career stage expectations and CPD framework will be informed by responses to a survey, which will go out to schools shortly and a task and finish group will be set up in the autumn term to consider the potential for developing a Bexley wellbeing mark, a wellbeing toolkit and a network for wellbeing leads to share ideas and best practice.
