The Department for Education and Parentkind have recently produced and shared information around complaints which the Workforce Development, Succession Planning and Governance sub-group felt would be helpful to share. The sub-group acknowledge that some clarification is required in the guides, but they may also be helpful for schools, so please find the guides below – there is one for parents and one for schools:
