FREE online specialist gaming and gambling harm workshop – March 2025

We are really pleased to be able to share that we are collaborating with Ygam (Young Gamers & Gamblers Education Trust) to offer two fully funded and City & Guilds accredited CPD workshops delivered through the Young People’s Gambling Harm Prevention Programme.

This workshop is aimed at professionals who work with children or young people and it covers topics including:

• Gaming and gambling harm
• Advertising
• Mental health and wellbeing
• How to spot the signs of harm
• Where to get help and support
• What are the similarities between gaming and gambling?
• What is a Loot Box?
• Could you spot the signs of harm?

There will be 2 session offered (you will only need to attend one) on the following dates:

Tuesday 4th March

3pm-5pm

On completion of our training, you will receive a City & Guilds Certificate and Digital Credential, and have access to over 1000 resources, including 1:1 and small group work activities and a range of Youth and PSHE resources which you can download and use in your setting.
