Strategic Education Partnership launches
Councillor John Fuller, Cabinet Member for Education, welcomed head teachers to the Head Teacher Forum on 17 January, 2018, where Bexley launched its Strategic Education Partnership to the education community.
Jacky Tiotto, Director of Children’s Services, gave a presentation on how the partnership came about and how it will operate. She emphasised that this would be a new way of working together to improve the outcomes for all Bexley children. Co-chairs of each sub-group then explained their group’s core priorities.
Jo Hutchinson, Director of Social Mobility and Vulnerable Learners at the Education Policy Institute, presented on ‘The Progress of Disadvantaged Children in Bexley’.
