Year 3 – the way forward
Strategic Board members were asked to consider how the Strategic Education Partnership could effect deep systemic change in its third year at their meeting of 18th November 2019. They were asked to consider the role of the Strategic Board, whether the number of core priorities should be reduced to allow the sub-groups to deepen and accelerate their work, and whether more members should come onto sub-groups to broaden their knowledge and expertise. Members’ reflections will be used as part of a consultation paper, which would begin a wider conversation.
Members also updated the Board on their progress to date on their key deliverables.
