Collaboration to write Early Years Deferred Entry Guidance

Initiated through the SEND sub-group, a Bexley primary head teacher and Anne Allen, Strategic Lead for Early Years, are working together to write specific guidance for Bexley head teachers around deferred entry into primary school for summer-born children.  There are several issues to consider carefully, keeping the child’s best interests at the centre.
