One-year-on Review update, work plans and communication strategy

At the Strategic Board meeting of 14th March 2019, ISOS consultant Simon Day, summarised his initial findings from the One-year on Review of the Strategic Education Partnership. He stated that progress in the first year was very encouraging and he highlighted points to address going forward.  More details will be published when the final report is written.

Board members also divided into small groups – some to consider the strategic priorities and 12-month work plans for each sub-group, and others to give thought to how communicating the work of the Partnership could be improved. Members then came together to advise how to overcome any complicating factors for the sub-groups and how to ensure that everyone involved, including Bexley cabinet members and school governors, were kept up-to-date with news of the Partnership’s work.
